Andrew worked so hard for us to secure a tenant lease. We did the transactions from out of province for our daughter to move to Toronto for school so it was super stressful, especially considering the low percentage of rentals available and the fact that we had to take a unit sight unseen. Andrew was very attentive, responsive professional, and just a really nice human. No questions went unanswered - and there were a lot of them! He sent us a video tour of the unit complete with measurements. He took care of all of our negotiations making the transaction smooth. I would absolutely recommend Andrew.

Wow! Beyond satisfied. We were putting our house on the market to sell. Andrew came in a did an amazing job pointing out what needed to be done to get the price we wanted. First of all our upstairs bathroom, had a complete gut and redesign, from an old 70's look to a new sleek modern functioning oasis. Big update to our kitchen, finished basement, and our entry doors in the front as well, as the side door. It truly made our house ready for the market and helped us get the over-asking price.
